Returned items must be returned with tags still attached and free of fabric tears or stains of any kind.

Time-Sensitive Reports:

• Defective items: Must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival
• Incorrect items: Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package

If not reported within the specified time frame, we will not issue store credit.
